Good deal with the agency and host family From the beginning they treated me super well, there was good communication and also they were always aware of me. The host family was very nice, so far they have received me very well, to be honest, I am very grateful for how kind they have been to me.

They they really don’t need to worry about anything there is always someone to help you out That if I ever struggled with information or documents I always could ask for help

Bad communication / organization I think the agency should have been more infinitive and explain better what involves the extension for the AuPair. If there is a fee how much , type of visa for the AuPair , if there is any limitations etc etc etc … not making us sign something with a ton of pages without any explanation at all. I didn’t like the fact agency look for the cheapest fly for the AuPair to arrive to their final destination .. they made my AuPair staid at like 3 or 4 am on her connection to her final destination … with all the money the AuPair agency receive at least buy a decent fly for the AuPair at a decent time !! The AuPair meetings should be during the weekends !! Not in a daily basis !!
