Very hands on The start of our experience went smoothly. Everyone was prompt and communicated in a timely manner. They were also readily available for any questions and our local coordinator is great. After we matched, our Au Pair notified us of some things that raised an eyebrow, however once we told our team they handled it quickly even though it was late in the process.

Bad communication / organization I think the agency should have been more infinitive and explain better what involves the extension for the AuPair. If there is a fee how much , type of visa for the AuPair , if there is any limitations etc etc etc … not making us sign something with a ton of pages without any explanation at all. I didn’t like the fact agency look for the cheapest fly for the AuPair to arrive to their final destination .. they made my AuPair staid at like 3 or 4 am on her connection to her final destination … with all the money the AuPair agency receive at least buy a decent fly for the AuPair at a decent time !! The AuPair meetings should be during the weekends !! Not in a daily basis !!

Danielle Bolander’s always available for us and her communications via email are very helpful ! Our Au Pair herself is wonderful so far! We are very happy with this whole experience so far!

They they really don’t need to worry about anything there is always someone to help you out That if I ever struggled with information or documents I always could ask for help
