Couldn’t be happier Our families second au pair arrived a week ago and we couldn’t be happier. The agency has an extensive and well vetted pool of prospective au pairs, which makes it hard to select just one! But when you know you know. The agency’s team members are attentive and helpful during the entire process from interviewing, arrival, and throughout the au pairs duration of stay. I am so happy that I found this agency. Being able to leave for work knowing my children are being well taken care of in their own home is priceless. Having an au pair has changed the lives of our family!

Au Pair Heaven! When our family began the process for looking for the perfect Au Pair agency, we did a lot of research. We wanted to ensure that the agency we chose had great reviews, a safe screening process and responsive customer service. We started the process in late June or early July 2023, and our Au Pair arrived on 8/15! So far, she has been a great addition to our family. We are brushing up on our High School Spanish, and the girls are learning too. We hope that we do not run into any issues, and in the event that we do, the agency will help resolve. So far, I trust that they will!

Very hands on The start of our experience went smoothly. Everyone was prompt and communicated in a timely manner. They were also readily available for any questions and our local coordinator is great. After we matched, our Au Pair notified us of some things that raised an eyebrow, however once we told our team they handled it quickly even though it was late in the process.
