Only one time was there an issue with some printing being off, and they replaced them immediately without hassle. Every other order has been perfect, and they work with you to meet even the toughest requests!

Foam footballs for Rain Bird Customer service was awesome. I appreciate that the person I talked to on the phone actually got up and went and confirmed that I was ordering the right size football by measuring it while we were on the phone! Shipping was on time - that's key. The footballs look good, but not great. Customers probably won't care, but the Rain Bird logo isn't too crisp on the football. It'll work!
