And in the case of ME3 they informed the customers that the game would need patching from russian to english before sending out any keys. And they do have realtime support (not at all hours obviously) on the site if you need help with anything.

Wow, Great Prices, AND good Customer Service. I have been a customer since I bought Skyrim a few monthes ago, it went smooth and I got my key in the correct time. I recently got Crysis and Dead Space. I had ordered Crysis 2, but made a mistake and wanted crisis 1. But, he was a good guy a found a Crysis 1 key around and swapped them. Thats what I call a good person. Again, Cheap Prices and very caring customer service. I will buy from here for awhile.
