We went on two charters with Atlantic… We went on two charters with Atlantic Coast this year. The first trip was not ideal - the lead bus driver made multiple mistakes driving south through Virginia delaying our trip by around 30 minutes and also misplaced our payment check. The other trip went off without any issues at all. The front office is always receptive and communicates very well.

Customer for Life... I have been using Atlantic Coast Charters for years and will continue. The people in the office are so friendly and always willing to help. We have a favorite driver, Kevin, and always request him. He goes out of his way to make sure our experience is exceptional every time. We have used him for airport transfers, group night out, and even my daughters weekend wedding. Cannot say enough good things about this company!

Bus Crashed on Our Wedding Night DO NOT HIRE! Poor customer service from the start, then the bus crashed on our wedding night and our parents missed the last two hours of the reception dealing with it and driving guests home themselves. Management team on the emergency line hung up on us after the crash and never called back. I've reached out multiple times via phone and email and no one has returned our call or offered up any apology. I'm still devastated that our wedding night turned into such a fiasco because of the terrible service from this team. The drivers were lovely but management is just AWFUL.

Ryan Burns did a great job Ryan Burns did a great job! At each stop,which there were many, he got the scooter out from under the bus for one of our handicapped participants. He navigated down a very narrow state forest road (one way) and was able to turn the bus around with very little room. the entire group requested to have him back as a bus driver on future seminars and we have never had a group request to keep the same bus driver in my 9 years as a program director!

Atlantic Coast Charters has given us… Atlantic Coast Charters has given us outstanding service. They are very professional, extremely courteous and always on time. The drivers are great and very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a charter bus company. Chip Snyder
