This was our first use of Atlantic… This was our first use of Atlantic Coast Charters, the bus was exceptional with working wifi and electrical outlets. The bathroom was clean and did not have the musty bathroom odor often found in bus bathrooms. Our driver Kevin -- 5+ stars, very professional, helpful and fun personality (will definitely request him for future trips). He arrived early and picked us up on time for departure (and kept conversation going with our Pastor). Overall - from working with Melissa to secure the bus, to arrival of the bus and our driver Kevin - we had absolutely no issues - will definitely use again. Thank You!

I have used Atlantic Coast Charters for many years first having them as the company I used when I was teaching at my high school doing several trips a year to NYC and now that I’m retired I am using them again in my retirement community for NYC trips as well ! Our Driver RYAN was superb Our Driver RYAN was superb! Our trip was an outstanding success in no small part because of Ryan's good nature and his desire to serve his passengers. We will most likely do another trip in two years. I hope Ryan is available to drive us.

Our driver Our driver, Allen, was the best. He was patient, informative, prompt, and an excellent driver for our group of middle school and high school students, parents, and group leaders as we toured Washington DC this week. We would love to have him again.

ACC is well recommended! After a lull in communications during the initial price quote, ACC was very responsive and accommodating. Overall the reservation process was very painless. The real kudos go to our Driver, Rocky, who was very helpful, flexible and really showed the desire to give us a first rate experience! A maintenance issue with our coach made us flex our schedule a bit, but Rocky handled the situation with professionalism and ease. Well Done!
