Slow customer service in case of problems. Flower bouquets and arrangements are top I order a flower bouquet recently to be delivered in Colombia. It never arrived and since then I am trying to get my money back without success. Customer Services is simply not existent. No replays to my queries through the contact form, nor to direct email. After 5 days I finally received an answer and the flowers were finally delivered. Service is slow, but at the end reacted to my queries.

Reliable service I live in California and wanted to send flowers to dear friends in Merida, Yucatán. Latin Flores was able to take my order just one day beautiful and the next morning my friends were surprised by a beautiful bouquet of flowers and bottle of wine. The flowers were beautiful and full.
