Thank You Ordered 2 dozen roses from the USA to Colombia for my GF on Valentines day , I was having it shipped to her office and after the order few hours passed I had to change the address to her home. They updated their system and got the flowers routed to the correct location. The product itself are amazing well wrapped and great quality. They really pull it off not only did I order flowers on the busiest day i also changed the address. Great service , great flowers will do business again!

Slow customer service in case of problems. Flower bouquets and arrangements are top I order a flower bouquet recently to be delivered in Colombia. It never arrived and since then I am trying to get my money back without success. Customer Services is simply not existent. No replays to my queries through the contact form, nor to direct email. After 5 days I finally received an answer and the flowers were finally delivered. Service is slow, but at the end reacted to my queries.
