The only reason I am not giving it a… The only reason I am not giving it a lower than 3 stars rating, it's because of how fast the support replied to my question via email. The flowers were damaged and the delivery was not polite. EDIT: After talking again with the person that received the flowers, only 6 out of the 12 survived the delivery process and the branches were all dry. Edit: I cannot actually reply to your response, as there is no reply button and trustpilot does not allow email addresses to be typed here. City was Medellin, CO and email was stam.r****@gm***.com Another Edit: Today it seems they have send the flowers again, along with a box of chocolates, to the original recipient. Delivery was polite this time, all the flowers were in good shape. Changing it to 5 stars as it seems they have made right by their actions.

Not only did they communicate with me the whole time but they sent me pictures once she had received her gifts!!! Will use again in the future and recommend to everyone I know. I’ve used them over and over and over again and they never fail to accommodate delivery needs, times, and communication. Every time they surprise me with how fast they deliver.
