Kept giving me the same automated answer for 3 hours. BUYERS BE AWARE! Slow customer service in case of problems. Flower bouquets and arrangements are top I order a flower bouquet recently to be delivered in Colombia. It never arrived and since then I am trying to get my money back without success. Customer Services is simply not existent. No replays to my queries through the contact form, nor to direct email. After 5 days I finally received an answer and the flowers were finally delivered. Service is slow, but at the end reacted to my queries.
