I haven't even ordered the product yet and I am impressed! I certainly agree with what I have read so far about the customer service at Chroma-Key. Bruce was more that professional and exceptionally fast in his resoponse to my inquiries. I am STILL WAITING for a response from the other mentioned company! With just a six minute conversation Bruce has sold me on his company! Good Job Bruce!

mark markley I found Bruce after not hearing back from "the other guys". With a deadline coming up, a custom sized screen needed and walking right into the holidays, he and his team not only delivered as promised, but kept me updated along the way. The workmanship is great and even more importantly, the customer service!

Great Service in a sea of unknown online retailers! We ordered from Chroma-Key.com after trying two other green screen manufactures. No one came close! Bruce was great. Everything was clear, concise and best of all punctual. We had Bruce on the phone and our order placed with in hour of the initial email! The green screen came and was exactly what we ordered. Great price, outstanding service, and a great product. Chroma-Key.com will always have our business. Thank you Bruce!

Great service & product After very frustrating experince with EEFX and the deadline approaching I hopelessly mailed Chroma-key.com and was pleasantly suprised to get an answer in 10 minutes. Bruce from Choma-key.com also patiently answerd all my other questioons and told me that they could manufacture the custom size foam backed screen. It arrived in 4 days...to the Netherlands! still can't believe it. The material is supreme.Easy to handle, light and key. Don't bother with EEFX for the foam backed screen. Highly recomend it.

Fantastic service and great prices, not to mention a great product!! There are many options for green screen materials out there, but for the price nothing compares to the foam-core chroma-key material for quality and durability. Bruce was very helpful and informative about the options available and never pushed for a sale. That is true customer service! He was also able to give me an unbelievable deal on a second piece of material that provided a solution for an issue that I would not have been able to overcome otherwise. Give Chroma-key.com a try and you will not be disappointed!
