WOW! 10/10 Katherine Avila here! My experience with Naca so far has been exceptional. My counselor, Antionio Coronado was very patient with me and made things very easy to understand. I feel so excited for the steps to come in my homebuying experience.

NACA - great program!! We are in the pre-qualification stage of the NACA program. There have been many website/server issues, making the process very frustrating. The counselors I have dealt with (Ms. Wisdom-Newark awesome!!!) have been extremely patient, helpful, and escalated the issues to IT. NACA has since fixed the issues I & other members were experiencing. We had our 1st counseling session with Michael Gompah-Buffalo office. He was experiencing computer issues so we were unable to do the video call. However, Mr. Gompah made it work!!! We did the call via phone and have moved to the next phase to get qualified!!!! Mr. Gompah was excellent!!! He was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and provided an action plan shortly after our call!!! We are set to have another appointment before our file goes to underwriting!!! We are very encouraged by our progress so far - THANK YOU to all that have helped us on this journey thus far!!! NACA is amazing NACA is truly an amazing program for those who are interested in owning a home. They may ask for a lot of information about yourself but the counselors are there to guide you and assist you with any questions or issues that you may come across when in the process. My counselor has been great at helping me and and providing information and couldn’t ask for more. Thank you NACA for this opportunity to get a home which I thought it wouldn’t be possible.

NACA provides an excellent opportunity to become a homeowner! My wife and I are first time home buyers and feel encouraged and excited to begin this process. We attended a HBW at the end of January and were inspired by the reasons NACA was founded and the ongoing activism. Our counselor Timothy has been helpful with the pre-counseling process and we look forward to making progress soon.
