GBOne of the worst experience I've ever… One of the worst experience I've ever had. Literally, I was yelled at by my Mortgage counselor and hung up on. Where in America (USA) do you have a counselor yell at the people they are working with/counseling. I lost over $3,100 also dealing with NACA mortgage counselor - Nicole Donald My NACA Member ID: 2124582 Contact information for counselor provided below Mortgage Counselor (Nicole Donald) HUD Certified | NMLS ID: 2152278 | 706-855-7464 ext 1668/706-592-8652 Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America 2652 Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA, 30815 Fighting for Economic Justice with America’s Best Mortgage

GBAwesome home buying program NACA is an awesome home buying program. With a below market interest rate, no down payment, no PMI and no closing costs just to name a few of the great things that NACA offers. You receive a dedicated counselor to assist you through your home buying process. I have been having nothing, but the best experience thus far and in a short period of time. My counselor has been extremely helpful, very responsive and is very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this process for anyone interested in owning a home.

GBMy experience with NACA has been… My experience with NACA has been nothing short of awesome. I can truly appreciate how they have held me accountable to reaching my goals. My counselor, Antonio Coronado has been the BEST. He is sooooo thorough with the expectations and exercises plenty of patience with me when it comes to answering all my questions and making sure that I'm clear on what is required of me. I would highly recommend NACA to anyone who is trying to pursue ownership of real estate.

GBNACA - great program!! We are in the pre-qualification stage of the NACA program. There have been many website/server issues, making the process very frustrating. The counselors I have dealt with (Ms. Wisdom-Newark awesome!!!) have been extremely patient, helpful, and escalated the issues to IT. NACA has since fixed the issues I & other members were experiencing. We had our 1st counseling session with Michael Gompah-Buffalo office. He was experiencing computer issues so we were unable to do the video call. However, Mr. Gompah made it work!!! We did the call via phone and have moved to the next phase to get qualified!!!! Mr. Gompah was excellent!!! He was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and provided an action plan shortly after our call!!! We are set to have another appointment before our file goes to underwriting!!! We are very encouraged by our progress so far - THANK YOU to all that have helped us on this journey thus far!!! Stay tuned - I’ll post our progress to help encourage other people to fulfill their dreams of home ownership!!!

GBBeginning of the Road, Take the 1st Step Recently, we've been thinking of purchasing a home but didn't know where to start. Then I remembered an organization called NACA a co-woker had told me about years ago. I looked them up and saw they were having a meeting on April 6th, which we attended. We were given a booklet to read once we got home and to follow along with during the meeting. The meeting was very informative and told you everything you could expect during your process. We looked over the booklet and began to gather our information that was required and upload it to the website. Soon we were assigned a counselor Mr.Johnson and a meeting was scheduled for the next week. The meeting went well and the process seems to be going well. This program seems to be all of what they tell you it will be. We can not wait to see what our process flourishes into.
