PRE ORDER FAILURE Pre ordered a car and then it disappeared with no explanation. No updates or info. Returned money to credit card but no explanation. Help desk was no help - checked all email accounts for missed info but nothing. Waste of time - does not make car buying any easier and definitely not cheaper. So many better deals out there with MUCH BETTER customer service

I sold the car on Friday afternoon and the money was deposited in my checking account on Monday morning, even though Saturday and Sunday are “non-banking” days.
