Totally As Advertised We were told by several people that Carvana would give us the best deal on buying our car. We went online, filled the information required and very quickly was quoted a price, which was higher than all the dealers quoted us. The next day we scheduled to drop our car off at a pickup point, and the following day, the money was in our bank account. I never experienced an easier transaction.

This was the absolute worst experience… This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company for any reason. I was on my way to pick up my vehicle over 100 miles away when they sent me an email saying the transaction had been canceled. They gave no reason and just 12 hours prior, had sent me verification that everything was verified and I was ready to pick up my car. There had been many bumps along the way, and several phone calls to overseas lands to speak to questionable customer representatives with a poor grasp of the English language. It took them forever to return my down payment. Overall, just a horrible experience I cannot recommend them enough.

What made our experience great was the… What made our experience great was the convenience Carvana offers for selling our vehicle. We were moving out of the state and had 1 day set aside to sell. The whole process took less than 24 hours. Registering the vehicle on their website took less than an hour. We had an offer within a few minutes. Carvana came right to our door the next day to complete the transaction. We got a great offer from them equal to, maybe even a little more than what we would have gotten if we sold it on another platform. Would highly recommend!

PRE ORDER FAILURE Pre ordered a car and then it disappeared with no explanation. No updates or info. Returned money to credit card but no explanation. Help desk was no help - checked all email accounts for missed info but nothing. Waste of time - does not make car buying any easier and definitely not cheaper. So many better deals out there with MUCH BETTER customer service

Very easy, Best offer from any app. Their offer for my vehicle was thousands above other dealership/app offers and the process was very streamlined & painless. They picked up my vehicle at my home for a very reasonable, small fee ($40) and had my payment processed very quickly via ACH. This was my first time selling with Carvana, but I was very pleased with how easy it was.
