After I agreed to sell to the car to Carvana, they allowed me to drive it for another week. Showed up on time with check in hand, picked it up and left. Great transaction all around.

I sold the car on Friday afternoon and the money was deposited in my checking account on Monday morning, even though Saturday and Sunday are “non-banking” days. I didn’t expect the processing to be that fast. Also, what I was paid for the car was much, much more than any dealer was willing to pay. I would recommend Carvana to anyone interested in selling their vehicle.

Just go to a dealer Customer service was pretty helpful, but there were several times I just gave up on trying to purchase and trade in a car. I’m sure if you just buy a car it would be easy, but god forbid you try to trade a car in. The time allotted doesn’t feel like enough, it asked for several documents that if you have no idea what you’re doing you’re not going to have enough time to get them. The car I’m ordering has gotten delayed several times. It’s been 3 weeks. At the point a dealer ship would have been better.
