Pleasantly Surprised Very pleasantly surprised by how smooth and painless the process was. I sold the car on Friday afternoon and the money was deposited in my checking account on Monday morning, even though Saturday and Sunday are “non-banking” days. I didn’t expect the processing to be that fast. Also, what I was paid for the car was much, much more than any dealer was willing to pay. I would recommend Carvana to anyone interested in selling their vehicle.

From the online quick questionnaire to the 10 minute visit in the store for the drop off, the entire experience was quick and easy. This was the absolute worst experience… This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company for any reason. I was on my way to pick up my vehicle over 100 miles away when they sent me an email saying the transaction had been canceled. They gave no reason and just 12 hours prior, had sent me verification that everything was verified and I was ready to pick up my car. There had been many bumps along the way, and several phone calls to overseas lands to speak to questionable customer representatives with a poor grasp of the English language. It took them forever to return my down payment. Overall, just a horrible experience I cannot recommend them enough.

10/10 from a busy mom! Honestly, I was nervous to sell a whole car online!! But the process was seamless and smooth and quite easy! I was able to do it from the comfort of my home office and I was given so much more than any dealer within a 50-mile radius. The gentleman that came to my home to get my car explained the process, was professional, and made it very easy! Overall, 10/10!
