GBPleasantly Surprised Very pleasantly surprised by how smooth and painless the process was. I sold the car on Friday afternoon and the money was deposited in my checking account on Monday morning, even though Saturday and Sunday are “non-banking” days. I didn’t expect the processing to be that fast. Also, what I was paid for the car was much, much more than any dealer was willing to pay. I would recommend Carvana to anyone interested in selling their vehicle.

GBA great way to sell a vehicle! This is the third car I’ve sold to Carvana and the process is seamless if you follow the instructions. An unpleasant surprise was that we had to pay $590.00 to have the Audi picked up from our home as pickup was free the first two times but since we were unable to drive to Tampa we paid it. Your chat bot Sebastian gave me some concerning text responses the morning of my pickup so I had to call your customer service for clarification. The driver, Marquita, was pleasant and efficient!

GBCarvana was the highest quote I… Carvana was the highest quote I received from 5 online companies. They held the quote open for like a week. After I agreed to sell to the car to Carvana, they allowed me to drive it for another week. Showed up on time with check in hand, picked it up and left. Great transaction all around.

We went online, filled the information required and very quickly was quoted a price, which was higher than all the dealers quoted us. The next day we scheduled to drop our car off at a pickup point, and the following day, the money was in our bank account. I never experienced an easier transaction.
