GBHonest Price, Fair Deal, Great Technology I tried the dealership where I purchased the car. They knew the car better than anyone since all regular maintenance and recalls over the past 10 years were done there. But I had to bring it in (it had been in ten days before) for inspection. Which meant anxiety, as they played around with the pricing. Carvana asked a few important questions at its website like title, liens, mileage, mechanical condition (my estimate) and exterior condition. All fair and easily answered. Then - boom - back came a price which I knew from Kelley Blue Book and Edmonds was fair and reasonable. I accepted. The pickup was even smoother. The Carvana representative arrived at the appointed hour at my home and did the check-list diagnostic while I watched, and presented me the check at the agreed price, with a few words of good advice. Carvana, once it had the documentation in hand notified me by email that the purchase was accepted by Carvana and I knew I could negotiate the check.

GBPRE ORDER FAILURE Pre ordered a car and then it disappeared with no explanation. No updates or info. Returned money to credit card but no explanation. Help desk was no help - checked all email accounts for missed info but nothing. Waste of time - does not make car buying any easier and definitely not cheaper. So many better deals out there with MUCH BETTER customer service

GBJust go to a dealer Customer service was pretty helpful, but there were several times I just gave up on trying to purchase and trade in a car. I’m sure if you just buy a car it would be easy, but god forbid you try to trade a car in. The time allotted doesn’t feel like enough, it asked for several documents that if you have no idea what you’re doing you’re not going to have enough time to get them. The car I’m ordering has gotten delayed several times. It’s been 3 weeks. At the point a dealer ship would have been better.

GBPleasantly Surprised Very pleasantly surprised by how smooth and painless the process was. I sold the car on Friday afternoon and the money was deposited in my checking account on Monday morning, even though Saturday and Sunday are “non-banking” days. I didn’t expect the processing to be that fast. Also, what I was paid for the car was much, much more than any dealer was willing to pay. I would recommend Carvana to anyone interested in selling their vehicle.

GBEasy peasy...always the best prices I have sold four vehicles to and bought one from Carvana. As in the past their purchase price of my vehicles was significantly higher than local dealers and other online buyers. When I sold my most recent vehicle to them I would have purchased from them but they didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock. Every transaction has been totally drama free.
