10/10 from a busy mom! Honestly, I was nervous to sell a whole car online!! But the process was seamless and smooth and quite easy! I was able to do it from the comfort of my home office and I was given so much more than any dealer within a 50-mile radius. The gentleman that came to my home to get my car explained the process, was professional, and made it very easy! Overall, 10/10!

Many of us seniors are not so computer literate and if it wasn't for our children we would be unable to deal with Carvana
