GBAbsolutely fantastic other than the… Absolutely fantastic other than the fact that the offer changed by $400 from when I first checked - the original amount was not honored. It was one of the reasons I decided not to purchase my next car through Carvana

GBThis was the absolute worst experience… This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company for any reason. I was on my way to pick up my vehicle over 100 miles away when they sent me an email saying the transaction had been canceled. They gave no reason and just 12 hours prior, had sent me verification that everything was verified and I was ready to pick up my car. There had been many bumps along the way, and several phone calls to overseas lands to speak to questionable customer representatives with a poor grasp of the English language. It took them forever to return my down payment. Overall, just a horrible experience I cannot recommend them enough.

GB10/10 from a busy mom! Honestly, I was nervous to sell a whole car online!! But the process was seamless and smooth and quite easy! I was able to do it from the comfort of my home office and I was given so much more than any dealer within a 50-mile radius. The gentleman that came to my home to get my car explained the process, was professional, and made it very easy! Overall, 10/10!

GBWhat made our experience great was the… What made our experience great was the convenience Carvana offers for selling our vehicle. We were moving out of the state and had 1 day set aside to sell. The whole process took less than 24 hours. Registering the vehicle on their website took less than an hour. We had an offer within a few minutes. Carvana came right to our door the next day to complete the transaction. We got a great offer from them equal to, maybe even a little more than what we would have gotten if we sold it on another platform. Would highly recommend!

GBHonest Price, Fair Deal, Great Technology I tried the dealership where I purchased the car. They knew the car better than anyone since all regular maintenance and recalls over the past 10 years were done there. But I had to bring it in (it had been in ten days before) for inspection. Which meant anxiety, as they played around with the pricing. Carvana asked a few important questions at its website like title, liens, mileage, mechanical condition (my estimate) and exterior condition. All fair and easily answered. Then - boom - back came a price which I knew from Kelley Blue Book and Edmonds was fair and reasonable. I accepted. The pickup was even smoother. The Carvana representative arrived at the appointed hour at my home and did the check-list diagnostic while I watched, and presented me the check at the agreed price, with a few words of good advice. Carvana, once it had the documentation in hand notified me by email that the purchase was accepted by Carvana and I knew I could negotiate the check.
