Just go to a dealer Customer service was pretty helpful, but there were several times I just gave up on trying to purchase and trade in a car. I’m sure if you just buy a car it would be easy, but god forbid you try to trade a car in. The time allotted doesn’t feel like enough, it asked for several documents that if you have no idea what you’re doing you’re not going to have enough time to get them. The car I’m ordering has gotten delayed several times. It’s been 3 weeks. At the point a dealer ship would have been better.

Carvana was the highest quote I… Carvana was the highest quote I received from 5 online companies. They held the quote open for like a week. After I agreed to sell to the car to Carvana, they allowed me to drive it for another week. Showed up on time with check in hand, picked it up and left. Great transaction all around.

Very easy, Best offer from any app. Their offer for my vehicle was thousands above other dealership/app offers and the process was very streamlined & painless. They picked up my vehicle at my home for a very reasonable, small fee ($40) and had my payment processed very quickly via ACH. This was my first time selling with Carvana, but I was very pleased with how easy it was.

Seamless + even fun This was a completely seamless experience, and I got more from Carvana than other trade-in offers I received. The drop-off day was easy, and my kids loved watching someone get their delivery from the "vending machine" while we waited. I'd definitely sell to Carvana again.
