USThis was the absolute worst experience… This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company for any reason. I was on my way to pick up my vehicle over 100 miles away when they sent me an email saying the transaction had been canceled. They gave no reason and just 12 hours prior, had sent me verification that everything was verified and I was ready to pick up my car. There had been many bumps along the way, and several phone calls to overseas lands to speak to questionable customer representatives with a poor grasp of the English language. It took them forever to return my down payment. Overall, just a horrible experience I cannot recommend them enough.

USWhat made our experience great was the… What made our experience great was the convenience Carvana offers for selling our vehicle. We were moving out of the state and had 1 day set aside to sell. The whole process took less than 24 hours. Registering the vehicle on their website took less than an hour. We had an offer within a few minutes. Carvana came right to our door the next day to complete the transaction. We got a great offer from them equal to, maybe even a little more than what we would have gotten if we sold it on another platform. Would highly recommend!

USSeamless + even fun This was a completely seamless experience, and I got more from Carvana than other trade-in offers I received. The drop-off day was easy, and my kids loved watching someone get their delivery from the "vending machine" while we waited. I'd definitely sell to Carvana again.

USPRE ORDER FAILURE Pre ordered a car and then it disappeared with no explanation. No updates or info. Returned money to credit card but no explanation. Help desk was no help - checked all email accounts for missed info but nothing. Waste of time - does not make car buying any easier and definitely not cheaper. So many better deals out there with MUCH BETTER customer service

USPleasantly Surprised Very pleasantly surprised by how smooth and painless the process was. I sold the car on Friday afternoon and the money was deposited in my checking account on Monday morning, even though Saturday and Sunday are “non-banking” days. I didn’t expect the processing to be that fast. Also, what I was paid for the car was much, much more than any dealer was willing to pay. I would recommend Carvana to anyone interested in selling their vehicle.
