The whole process took less than 24 hours. Registering the vehicle on their website took less than an hour. We had an offer within a few minutes. Carvana came right to our door the next day to complete the transaction. We got a great offer from them equal to, maybe even a little more than what we would have gotten if we sold it on another platform. Would highly recommend!

Pleasantly Surprised Very pleasantly surprised by how smooth and painless the process was. I sold the car on Friday afternoon and the money was deposited in my checking account on Monday morning, even though Saturday and Sunday are “non-banking” days. I didn’t expect the processing to be that fast. Also, what I was paid for the car was much, much more than any dealer was willing to pay. Just go to a dealer Customer service was pretty helpful, but there were several times I just gave up on trying to purchase and trade in a car. I’m sure if you just buy a car it would be easy, but god forbid you try to trade a car in. The time allotted doesn’t feel like enough, it asked for several documents that if you have no idea what you’re doing you’re not going to have enough time to get them. The car I’m ordering has gotten delayed several times. It’s been 3 weeks. At the point a dealer ship would have been better.
