Pleasantly Surprised Very pleasantly surprised by how smooth and painless the process was. I sold the car on Friday afternoon and the money was deposited in my checking account on Monday morning, even though Saturday and Sunday are “non-banking” days. I didn’t expect the processing to be that fast. Also, what I was paid for the car was much, much more than any dealer was willing to pay. I would recommend Carvana to anyone interested in selling their vehicle.

They picked up my vehicle at my home for a very reasonable, small fee ($40) and had my payment processed very quickly via ACH. What made our experience great was the… What made our experience great was the convenience Carvana offers for selling our vehicle. We were moving out of the state and had 1 day set aside to sell. The whole process took less than 24 hours. Registering the vehicle on their website took less than an hour. We had an offer within a few minutes. Carvana came right to our door the next day to complete the transaction. We got a great offer from them equal to, maybe even a little more than what we would have gotten if we sold it on another platform. Would highly recommend!

PRE ORDER FAILURE Pre ordered a car and then it disappeared with no explanation. No updates or info. Returned money to credit card but no explanation. Help desk was no help - checked all email accounts for missed info but nothing. Waste of time - does not make car buying any easier and definitely not cheaper. So many better deals out there with MUCH BETTER customer service

Easy peasy...always the best prices I have sold four vehicles to and bought one from Carvana. As in the past their purchase price of my vehicles was significantly higher than local dealers and other online buyers. When I sold my most recent vehicle to them I would have purchased from them but they didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock. Every transaction has been totally drama free.
