Wonderful! This process was so simple, and they came to my house! Before my husband passed away he did taxes for friends and families, and kept paper copies of the information. Because this was his business I was concerned about disposing of all this 'private information'. I found Shred Nation on line, they immediately got me in contact with Tim and he was at my home the next day. Very pleasant and polite, I knew all this 'stuff' was in secure hands. Eight boxes gone and room in my garage again!!

No results and no records I have contacted Shred nations via their website at least 5 times over the past 8 months. Each time, I received a phone call, answered their questions and was told that I would receive information about companies in my area. Each subsequent time I contacted them, I mentioned that I had called them before. They repeatedly said they had no record of previous contacts. I will not be doing business with them again.

We needed someone fast We needed someone fast before the fire department gave us a fire hazard ticket. They were there within three hours on the same day and the fee was less than two other companies that I contacted. Awesome!!

Cleaning Fever: Shred me! The woman who answered the call at almost 6;15 pm was patient and thorough even though the office was closing at 6:30. She let me know that the person who schedules the truck would probably call in the morning. Additionally, she mentioned that the truck usually comes within 2 days of the request. The Shred Nations rep was informative and helpful. I think this review is premature, since I have not had the shredding service yet.

jennifer at Shred nations was wonderful to work with and we had our quote within 5 minutes of our conversation! This experience was like one stop shopping. I gave Jennifer at Shred Nations my basic information and within a minute or two she had already located three shredding contractors for me. Within five minutes after speaking with Jennifer two of the three contractors called me. This company is certainly customer focused and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
