A chore I was dreading made extremely easy! My job was handled by the Shred Nations affiliate in National City, CA. I found Kyle, the man who set up my appointment via my call to them, to be very pleasant and knowledgable. He was able to schedule my job for the next day. Ray, the owner, came out to do the shredding. He was extremely affable, efficient and quick. He was finished in 20 minutes. Would recommend this particular affilitate of Shred Nations.

No results and no records I have contacted Shred nations via their website at least 5 times over the past 8 months. Each time, I received a phone call, answered their questions and was told that I would receive information about companies in my area. Each subsequent time I contacted them, I mentioned that I had called them before. They repeatedly said they had no record of previous contacts. I will not be doing business with them again.

Quick, quality service. I called to get details for hosting a shredding event. My call to Shred Nations was about 2 minutes. The representative answered immediately and was quick, polite and professional. Before the call had ended, I had received a "thank you" email and an email with a list of shredding companies that I should expect to call me. It was near end of day when I called, but I received a call from one of the companies early the next day to discuss the details.

Excellent Customer Service! Erik Larsen is knowledgeable, generous with information, and very patient. Erik set us up to receive referrals from Shred Nations. He took the time to walk me through each step and through the website. I believe he genuinely wants to see us benefit from the referrals.

Fantastic Experience Found Shrednations via an Internet Search. I was quickly contacted by Data-Destruction, given a quote and had an appointment scheduled within about 3 minutes. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Aaron) was about 15 minutes late but he did call to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely courteous and professional. It only took about 15 minutes for all my documents to be loaded and shredded. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service. They were fantastic!!!
