Wonderful! This process was so simple, and they came to my house! Before my husband passed away he did taxes for friends and families, and kept paper copies of the information. Because this was his business I was concerned about disposing of all this 'private information'. I found Shred Nation on line, they immediately got me in contact with Tim and he was at my home the next day. Very pleasant and polite, I knew all this 'stuff' was in secure hands. Eight boxes gone and room in my garage again!!

Excellent Service! I called Shred Nations and explained my situation (12 bankers boxes at my residence) and they had two companies that could help me. One called within 5 minutes of my initial inquiry and had a mobile shredding truck in my area. From the time I placed my call to Shred Nations until the time the shredding was complete was one hour and 13 minutes. I would say that is Excellent Service!

The representative answered immediately and was quick, polite and professional. Before the call had ended, I had received a "thank you" email and an email with a list of shredding companies that I should expect to call me. It was near end of day when I called, but I received a call from one of the companies early the next day to discuss the details.

A chore I was dreading made extremely easy! My job was handled by the Shred Nations affiliate in National City, CA. I found Kyle, the man who set up my appointment via my call to them, to be very pleasant and knowledgable. He was able to schedule my job for the next day. Ray, the owner, came out to do the shredding. He was extremely affable, efficient and quick. He was finished in 20 minutes. Would recommend this particular affilitate of Shred Nations.
