Excellent, clean, convenient service. I made the call yesterday afternoon for help shredding personal files...hoards of them. We are getting ready to move and I do not intend to drag this crud along, again. I got a callback almost immediately with a quote. This morning the Shred guy shows up at 8:30 as promised, relieves me of all my ugly paperwork, charges me the amount he quoted and he's gone, all within one hour's time.
