Anyway, Support was able to get back to me with a resolution in 24 hours and my order is on the way. Also, they gave me US$ 5 credit for "helping" find a bug in the system. Overall, very good customer experience and I'll definitely use the website because of the 10% discount and acceptance of crypto.
