This program doesn’t engage my 4 yr old… This program doesn’t engage my 4 yr old nearly enough- and to be honest, it confuses him when he has to match sounds to a certain box when the animals indicated on those boxes DONT have the same sounds as the letters. I feel this could be improved!!

Making reading fun Each page in a book, and consequently each new book, progresses my daughter’s learning at the ideal rate. She is loving to read, thanks to these colorful stories. The star stickers are a great addition, in that she rewards herself after completion of every few pages. Thanks Hooked on Phonics for making reading fun!

The packets were easy to follow and the… The packets were easy to follow and the my little guy loved the stars(awards) as he progressed through each packet. Definitely sharpened his attention and ability to distinguish his letter and word sounds. Highly recommended this to help advance reading skills.

The content is great but the animation… The content is great but the animation makes some of the letter confusing. Like the Q and g and odd. Also the app itself is a little buggy sometimes. Makes you repeat modules when you’ve previously completed. The animation isn’t that exciting to my 5 year old anymore
