The packets were easy to follow and the… The packets were easy to follow and the my little guy loved the stars(awards) as he progressed through each packet. Definitely sharpened his attention and ability to distinguish his letter and word sounds. Highly recommended this to help advance reading skills.

Really helped my girl with autism My daughter has autism, and we had been working on reading for a awhile now. She was able to somewhat sound out words, but we were having trouble getting her to put words together to form a sentence. It was like each word was a stand alone word. When we started hooked on phonics, it is like something clicked. The sentences are starting to flow, and she is starting to comprehend what she is reading. We definitely recommend Hooked on Phonics!

We have been using this program for… We have been using this program for several months and unfortunately there has not been any change. My daughter is still struggling just as much as she was when we began. If your child has even a little bit of a struggle with phonics I don't believe I would recommend this program.

This program doesn’t engage my 4 yr old… This program doesn’t engage my 4 yr old nearly enough- and to be honest, it confuses him when he has to match sounds to a certain box when the animals indicated on those boxes DONT have the same sounds as the letters. I feel this could be improved!!
