Our bus broke down and we were stranded… Our bus broke down and we were stranded for 4 hours at a rest stop. The driver told us they were sending a mechanic and another us and that we would leave when the first one showed up. This was not the case. We had to wait well past the time the driver initially told us was the latest we would leave which caused significant problems for our group communicating with parents of our student passengers. Additionally, the DVD player wasn't working.

Kelley transit has provided us exceptional service from booking, rates, payments for our family reunion for the last 2 years. The team has become like family to all 45 of us traveling south with the great service we have received. Our drivers have been great safely getting us to our destination with a comfortable ride. We have been using Kelley Transit for … We have been using Kelley Transit for 25+ years. There has been an occasional glitch over that time period but nothing major. The office staff we deal with are very helpful and the drivers are great.

.St. Martin's Awesome Bus Driver. We all want her again. The bus driver made our trip awesome because she was thoughtful, helpful. very accommodating for the many elderly on the bus. This Bus driver(a lady) at times went over and beyond by allowing us to get something to eat after the show because individuals needed to eat for medical reasons. She helped us with one of the individuals that got sick. willing to take her to the emergency room, thank God all worked out. All the passengers want her again and showed their appreciation by giving generously toward the tip. Saundra P. Stephenson

The bus had a weak battery which had to… The bus had a weak battery which had to be known before sending the bus to pick us up. There was smoke coming from the vents in between the windows. The bus driver was late picking us back up. There was a leak in the roof of the bus which caused water to seep into the cabin. The bus battery died while at a rest stop which caused us to be stuck there for 3-4 hours until the issue was resolved which in turn caused me to miss work. The overall experience was horrible. I would never book a charter with them ever again!!!
