Kelley Transit has always been pretty good! Kelley Transit has always been pretty good to our robotics team. They are priced right for our robotics team. Our biggest complaint is that the WIFI has never worked on our 3 trips that we took this competition season. This was first time being offered WIFI and were excited but disappointed each time. I stopped complaining this last trip. The interior of the bus (mainly the seat headrests are starting to deteriorate at back of the bus). It is time to either upgrade the seats, have reliable WIFI or get another bus. Our Driver for the second leg of the trip (after driver swap) was fantastic and would recommend MOMO (his nickname) to everyone. He worked with us very well within DOT guideline hours and was very accommodating. Don't get me wrong Kelley is a good company but needs to improve it's buses to compete with other companies out there.

I have used Kelley Transit for over a decade I have used Kelley Transit for over a decade and they have always proven to be the best value when pricing trips. Their service is excellent and I have never had a problem on any trip I've taken with them. The drivers are knowledgeable about our destination (generally NYC) and dropoffs and pickups have been smooth. There are a few buses in the fleet that are older - we recently had a trip where the air-conditioning was a little fritzy and the DVD system didn't work but we survived getting to and from New York without a movie. I have two upcoming trips booked with Kelley and I will continue to use their service. Highly recommend with 4.5 stars!

Kelley Transit has become like family with the care the took helping us get to our family reunion! Kelley transit has provided us exceptional service from booking, rates, payments for our family reunion for the last 2 years. The team has become like family to all 45 of us traveling south with the great service we have received. Our drivers have been great safely getting us to our destination with a comfortable ride. Very professional and efficient Great experience with Kelley Transit. Our company manages multiple events around the country and therefore we book motor coaches on a regular basis. Quick to provide estimates and answer questions, competitive pricing, organized and efficient contracting process and nice vehicles. I couldn't ask for more. .St. Martin's Awesome Bus Driver. We all want her again. The bus driver made our trip awesome because she was thoughtful, helpful. very accommodating for the many elderly on the bus. This Bus driver(a lady) at times went over and beyond by allowing us to get something to eat after the show because individuals needed to eat for medical reasons. She helped us with one of the individuals that got sick. willing to take her to the emergency room, thank God all worked out.
