GBOur bus broke down and we were stranded… Our bus broke down and we were stranded for 4 hours at a rest stop. The driver told us they were sending a mechanic and another us and that we would leave when the first one showed up. This was not the case. We had to wait well past the time the driver initially told us was the latest we would leave which caused significant problems for our group communicating with parents of our student passengers. Additionally, the DVD player wasn't working.

GBWe have been using Kelley Transit for … We have been using Kelley Transit for 25+ years. There has been an occasional glitch over that time period but nothing major. The office staff we deal with are very helpful and the drivers are great.

GBI wasn't on the bus but asked for… I wasn't on the bus but asked for feedback. Over all the experience was good. The drivers were awesome. Only problem was the WiFi didn't work and they had to make many bathroom stops, due to the fact that the bus bathroom was for urination only...
