Seamless Experience I'd like to say that my experience with Custom Box Hub was excellent. Packaging Consultant, Anna Smith, was prompt & professional in her reply to my request for a quote on counter display boxes. Anna was easy to work with in having her art department create die lines for the project - the proof arrived quickly and they even sent a video to show the proposed project from all angles. When the boxes arrived, they fit the desired number of our 2oz bottles perfectly. Print was sharp and clear and the boxes were easy to set up for display using the perforated pop up top. Pricing was very reasonable, too! That said, I would definitely use Custom Box Hub for future projects - in fact I'm about to ask for a quote on packaging for a different product! - Pro Image International

Very fast Very fast, quick response. My first order, I had boxes ordered and ready for production within minutes. In the past, I've only ordered online. I wasn't able to ask questions. I ordered through the online chat, I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and gain much more insight into box ordering. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

WORST BOX COMPANY EVER WORST BOX COMPANY EVER. Giving them a 1-Star Rating is BEYOND generous. Rather than get into a long drawn out story on all the events that transpired (lie after lie after lie after lie...) I just want to WARN YOU TO RUN LIKE HELL FROM USING THEM. Most dishonest company I have ever worked with, and I don't even know if they really are in the Dallas TX location as it took over 4 months after placing an order to arrive, AFTER sitting in CUSTOMS for over 2-1/2 months of which I wasn't even aware that my boxes were outsourced overseas. And, when they arrived, WORST PRINT JOB EVER - super pixelated images instead of using my Hi-Rez AI file.I was told that if I wanted my high res file printed, I needed to let them know ahead of time. You can't be serious!! They were. SERIOUSLY, SAVE YOURSELF A CRAP TON OF FRUSTRATION by finding a more reputable USA company. Less is not always best, you get what you pay for. •••They should be investigated for their SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES ••• they have a fake USA address that they post on their website. Don't get duped by these Scammers. UPDATE 3/13: I had posted a negative 1 star review about them on GOOGLE with photos of the crappy print job, and Google took it down. Shame on them. People need to know how bad this company is, and telling the truth so others don't get burned is why you review a company.

Can't say enough about these guys. Can't say enough about these guys. We had a unique folder design that was different than their usual boxes. Both Sara and Sam communicated with us repeatedly to make sure it was just want we envisioned. Color matching was right on point and they were still more competitive cost-wise that others we researched.
