Great Products and Responsiveness The folks at Ewatchparts were very responsive as I was searching for a bracelet for my grandfather’s vintage Seiko (a unique military version from the late 60s). Pricing was fair, shipping was prompt and arrived on time, and the bracelet was a perfect match to the case as well as the vintage clasp. Great experience with these folks!

Terrific Customer Service Have made 5-6 purchases over the years with them and every experience has been flawless. A couple of items have needed to be exchanged due to some issues, and each time they promptly responded to my email and remediated the issue by sending me replacements. One of the issues included the color of an insert being different from what was pictured on their website. They quickly offered to send me a different insert at no cost and told me not to worry about sending the original one back to them. Says a lot about a company when something goes wrong and they take care of you. I'll continue to return to Ewatchparts.

They false advertise that their bands… They false advertise that their bands fit certain Invicta watches and they don't at all. Just a bunch of liars. Big waste of time!
