Site WAS ok... It's really strange to see all the negative comments here... I know some people say that all positive ones are false, but believe me, I've also been using this site for about 2 years and never had problems with them... Well, may be it's not entirely true... I always pre-paid (not signed up for a monthly membership so can't comment on that) and everything was fine. Customer services was alright, they usually came back within day or two and normally solved the problem... Altough their download speed was not very good, and quite often recently. And another thing that a bit disappointed me is that they started offering low quality movies like 6 moths ago or so... But the price for dvd quality movie of $2.99 i ok I think. But also reading recent comments I understand they might have have some problems... have they been closed down?

A garbage outfit!! Company's product, processes & procedures stink: they advertised a $.99 video download...After several tries I was able to get 60 Mb of a 700 Mb download! On the same day I notified the Company regarding the problem and told them to cancel the transaction/membership, etc.! I received an e-mail a day later telling me about a "1 month extension" and a $39.50 charge on my "statement"...They must be out of their **#$! minds!! I'll be contacting: FCC, BBB, State's Atty's office & possibly any other agency that comes to mind!!!!

illegal file site How can anyone expect to receive "service" when you are using an illegal file site, this is just like buying bootleg dvd's on the street, the guy selling them claims ignorance and the guy buying them claims the same, do you people think movies are made to be watched and distributed for free? if you work, would you do your work for free if someone asks for it? and give any tips you may get to a pimp? these illegal sites are just that, pimps who take someone elses product and pawn them off on the public, who largely expect they are entitled to free movies.

A complete Scam This website is a complete scam. They offer a 1 day trial for $0.99 but then charge automatically charge you 39.90, which regardless of what the "read the small print" people say, is fraudulent activity. They are not allowed to do this, so provided you don't use any of the services on their website and contact your card company you will be able to dispute the transaction. They also do not have any security verification in place even though they advertise their logo, so it's a double scam on this one. Do not let these guys get away with it. Report them and warm other people.

No good! I need help,I too was a fool and got tricked by this company. I also was charged straight away when i clicked on the upgrade logo to seek information.Desperately trying to cancel my membership, but no response. Does anyone have any contact details for this company?
