NLOnce you give authorization for a… Once you give authorization for a monthly donation, there is no way to withdraw this, although they promise how simple that can be. The link to send an email to Avaaz never worked so you'll end up writing a letter (it's 2020 dammit) to stop this fraud.

PT"Secure" avaaz sells our email adresses to third parties!!! Used to sign petitions in "secure" avaaz, but my email box is now full of SPAM every day, starting from sexual email to all kinds of phishing and scams. I never gave permition for my email adress to be distributed. "Secure" Avaaz sells email adresses, and unsolicited emails from Meetic even come with a tittle: «through avaaz», which confirms where all the SPAM came from.

NLAvaaz makes sure that everyone is free… Avaaz makes sure that everyone is free to believe or support their campaigns at their own will. A harmless email is send to you. While for instance Greepeace keep on spamming by phone and even post once you donated. That means that they used my sponsored money for getting my money and not for the course I donated the money to. With Avaaz I never felt spammed. If you feel attacked by them it’s your own believe that keeps you from signing a petition.

GBHelping me Support women of the world A great nonprofit organisation that speaks out and highlights the need for improving women’s rights particularly in countries most affected by drought. This problem also identified by the UN but Avaaz allows individuals like me to be involved. Really like the way this platform only contacts me about issues i’ve expressed an interest in.

FISo many funny reviews... It's so funny (and depressing) how many people here are calling Avaaz fake and coming up with all sort of crazy conspiracy theories. Just because their actions are not compatible with your nationalist or ideological framework doesn't mean they aren't doing good things. And not only good things, but things most people with empathy and common sense can and will agree with. They are not against particular countries or peoples but they do campaign against unethical practices and corrupt and draconian politics. That is important on every possible level. I do however agree that they send quite a lot of messages which is sometimes annoying. But that is a small price to pay for trying to make the world a better place.
