Making money out of nothing Making money out of nothing, pathetic. They don't provide really any service to the trade community and they asking for money, you can get all this information for free on the ebay seller hub.

Recent app update is garbage Recent app update is garbage. They have rendered one of my most used business apps almost worthless. Screen layout and sorting option is horrible now. Crowded screen makes it near impossible to read the information. I don’t know what they were trying to improve upon, but they need to admit their mistake and scrap the update.

Worthless Google search results I don't understand why Worthpoint items keep clogging up searches for items to buy, when you can't buy anything from Worthpoint. If i want to know what something is worth I would certainly want to consult Worthpoint. But when I am merely searching for something to buy I do not want lots of Worthpoint ads showing up in my search results as if there are items for sale.

It's not a bad site to use It's not a bad site to use. It was pretty easy to try out the free trial and then cancel. I didn't need it but for a few items to research. It's pretty standard for most services to have free trials that you need to cancel before charging.

Worthpoint is very disappointing Worthpoint is very disappointing. It seems 99% of their results come from ebay yet they haven't figured out how to report ebay sales results accurately. For example, if an item on ebay allows "best offers", Worthpoint doesn't show you the accepted offer. Instead they show you the price the item was originally listed at. So you never know if the price Worthpoint shows you is the actual sell price or if the sell price is actually much lower. They also don't get all the pictures from ebay (or they don't use them all). Most Worthpoint listings have just one or two pictures, but most ebay listings have more than that. This makes it very hard to draw any conclusions from the sale price because you can't see all the pictures needed to determine the condition of the item or see everything that may have been included in the lot. I've tried to discuss this with Worthpoint and it was pointless. Their staff seemed disinterested and acted like they didn't see the problem. It seems they take very lightly the sole point of their existence. They charge way too much for the quality of product they're putting out.
