GBNice but not ideal The location is beautiful with nice landscaping. The apartments have nice features and some upgrades. Rent is fairly low considering it includes utilities. However, many residents are loud and run around making noise at all hours. Some people have fights to the point where they break windows, etc. The apartment managers and security do nothing to stop all the nonsense, so this can be a dangerous place to live. The managers also do not properly address pest infestation problems.

GBHorrible Apartment Complex with Terrible Management This apartment complex is filthy and has a roach infestation. Management has horrible communication and does not contact you for any reason, even if they tell you they will call you. They do not even call you to let you know that you are going to be evicted due to late rent (that you didn't know you had because your electronic payment was not processed and you paid with money order instead - no communication) just a letter on your door. No one in the office knows what they are doing and they constantly tell you to ask someone else, or the one who knows what is going on is on vacation.
