Great Experience I spent several weeks, off and on, researching the best place to buy a nice watch for my wife (birthday). After much review and thought, I contacted Dennis to ask additional questions and request a picture of the new heavy band. I finally selected a watch (Rolex 179174). STAY AWAY from this company STAY AWAY from this company, they’re a bunch of scammers! I was buying a watch from them on chrono24, it takes them over 24 hours to make a response to any message. They agree to the sale and then I go to purchase and they raise their price $2000. When I respond to their message they then decline the correct amount and ignore the message. They have wasted my time for over a week and a half trying to buy a watch for my husband for our 10th anniversary. Thanks for your terrible service, you’re the worst jeweler I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! If I could give you negative stars I would.

Reputable Watch Company Best customer service ever! I would give ten stars if I could. Dennis at Goldwatchco bent over backwards to accommodate us. My husband ordered me a Mens Rolex TT Datejust for Christmas. Bless his heart he tried, but ordered the wrong watch. Dennis had no problem exchanging out the watch and even paid for return shipping. Dennis then went above and beyond after we got the second watch...and I changed my mind and wanted a different dial (yes, I am a bit of a pain). Dennis once again sent a return label (no cost to us) and exchanged watches for us without any problem. I now have my perfect dream Rolex and will be back to get my 41mm Datejust for next Christmas! Not many places offer this type of exceptional customer service along with fantastic pricing. I literally checked online watch companies and pricing for almost a year before making this purchase.
