Very Satisfied I just received my Rolex Steel & 18K Gold Submariner with the Champagne Serti Dial, and it is beautiful! I will admit, I was a bit nervous doing business on line involving this amount of money, and buying a watch sight unseen. I also appreciate the fact, that even though the prices had gone up on their website, Dennis honored the price on the watch I had selected a couple of days earlier. Despite getting pre approval from American Express, they were unable to complete the transaction. This had me wondering about this company...where there’s smoke, there’s fire! Just bought a new vehicle for almost ten times the money and it was a much faster, easier and better transaction. Watch what they are doing. I get concerned that their effort might have elements of a scam to secure personal financial information

Men's stainless steel and gold Datejust… Men's SSG Datejust was NOT as described. Had hidden damage. After 2 appraisals I now realize I paid thousands of dollars more than the watch is worth.

STAY AWAY from this company STAY AWAY from this company, they’re a bunch of scammers! I was buying a watch from them on chrono24, it takes them over 24 hours to make a response to any message. They agree to the sale and then I go to purchase and they raise their price $2000. When I respond to their message they then decline the correct amount and ignore the message. They have wasted my time for over a week and a half trying to buy a watch for my husband for our 10th anniversary. Thanks for your terrible service, you’re the worst jeweler I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! If I could give you negative stars I would.
