I was beyond impressed with my vet … I was beyond impressed with my vet response ... she engaged completely and made such "trained and professional" recommendations ... asked all relevant questions. I could not have had better response directly in a vet clinic. In fact, I feel she was better!!!

Dr. Rachael was a godsend To make an extremely long story short, My baby, my 12 year old beloved feline was suffering with, and dying of complications from feline leukemia. She wasn’t eating, using the bathroom and had lost a significant amount of weight. We wanted to make her life as comfortable as possible so she could pass away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. After chatting with Dr. Rachel, she assured me that the most humane thing I could do for my baby is euthanasia. I was conflicted and confused, however, she was 1000% correct and I can’t thank her enough for her honesty, kindness, empathy and professionalism. We need more doctors like Dr. Rachael in this world 💕

With his advice we cemented our strategy and then represented ourselves in court that same day. And We Won! The case is being held over for trial and now we have time to secure a local attorney. What a fantastic service! What a fantastic service. Initially Dr Porter advised treatment., then Dr Noel Berger took on the case. What impressed me most was the continual follow up. Whilst I really like and trust my usual vet, follow-up is not a strong point. I would recommend this service to anyone.
