He was knowledgeable, concise, patient with my questions. Helped me with knowing what next steps my daughter should take and how to find a lawyer. Also helped me to understand the mistakes that have already happened and counseled that my daughter should file a grievance with the state bar.

He explained how to write a plea for invalidate a contract due to duress and coercion. Seth G is still standing by to help; to the end of this landlord and tenant matter of mine.
