He explained how to write a plea for invalidate a contract due to duress and coercion. Seth G is still standing by to help; to the end of this landlord and tenant matter of mine. He is a blessing from God to us tenants who have low income and can't pay the high price attorney who come to court.

He was knowledgeable, concise, patient with my questions. Helped me with knowing what next steps my daughter should take and how to find a lawyer.
