GBBus ride was smooth once we got on… Bus ride was smooth once we got on going to port. Took forever to pick us up and company kept saying 10 mins turned into 45mins. Coming back was just as bad with timing and the a/c was leaking on us from the ceiling. Parking was convenient just needs signs to say wear to walk to pick up shuttle.

GBGreat Parking experience I have used Rightway Parking for my cruise vacation out of Tampa a few times and the service is always so efficient. The drivers are always waiting went I reach the parking lot or port and they don’t wait around for the vehicle to be full. They are friendly, professional and offer great service and the price was very affordable .

GBBuyer Beware! This is the worst parking experience EVER! This is the worst experience I ever had at a parking place. When we got there, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get from their lot to the airport since they only have one van. Then when we got back into SLC, we waited at the airport for nearly 40 minutes before they called and said their ONE & ONLY van was not working and that I would have to get an Uber from the airport to their parking lot. Terrible customer service.

GBCost me a $18 cancelation fee I booked a day short on my parking booking for a cruise by mistake. Rightway couldnt add the extra day because their system "wouldnt let them" and the PortParkingSpace location wouldnt help because I booked with a 3rd party vendor and not them directly. This forced me with NO other option but to cancel my booking with Rightway pay a $18 cancelation fee and re-book my reservation. This is a third party who cant help you at all if you have an issue skip this headache and just go to the direct customers site if you want any service after the sale.
