USUnreliable return shuttle, rude driver Love using rightway parking for all our airport parking needs, they are affordable and convenient! However, I do not recommend parking at Comfort Inn MSP, they have long wait times between shuttles and the return shuttle service is unreliable. The return shuttle drove away right in front of me even tho I had called 1 minute prior and said I was just coming up the escalator and would be right out.. I called twice but my call was ignored and when I talked to him on the third call, I was told he would be right back and I proceeded to have to wait for 30 minutes before he came back. Frustrating when you are alone at 10pm at night.

USEverything outstanding Everything outstanding. No problems with site. If I would change one thing it would be. When I put in the time and I needed to change my arrival time. I had to start the whole process over. I did not like that.
