Great service at a fair price Your customer service agent (Ross) was polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help with the needs of my particular situation. Drop off was prompt and the driver was skilled and respectful of the property. Pickup was also prompt and within the promised appointment time (as was the delivery). A perfect dumpster experience! The dumpster was delivered on time, placed in the agreed spot and removed as agreed. The dumpster was in good condition and therefore, not an eyesore to our new neighbors. The 10 rental is more that most offer and it is exactly what one needs! There were no surprise overage charges so all in all, a perfect experience.
