Overall Overall, great service, both times; however, the last time, the driver didn't come to the door or make any effort to communicate with my son when there was a confusion about the availability of a spot to leave the dumpster. This delayed the delivery. Just getting out of the truck and communicating would have handled that. Besides that, great, speedy service!

Drop off was prompt and the driver was skilled and respectful of the property. Pickup was also prompt and within the promised appointment time (as was the delivery). Most of my dealings with Discount… Most of my dealings with Discount Dumpster were very good. Only have one issue... when I asked for a call back I could only get text messages. I know that I actual phone call would have allowed us to have better communication.
