Wonderful service, very prompt! Every person I worked with during the process was wonderful. We originally ordered one dumpster and had to call back to order two more. Service was prompt and very well communicated if there were any changes. They made every effort to ensure we could get the dumpsters as quickly as possible. Overall Overall, great service, both times; however, the last time, the driver didn't come to the door or make any effort to communicate with my son when there was a confusion about the availability of a spot to leave the dumpster. This delayed the delivery. Just getting out of the truck and communicating would have handled that. Besides that, great, speedy service!

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Delivered and pick up on time. Driver set the dumpster exactly where it was needed. Great service. Less expensive then the WM. Neighbors have used them at least 3 times for a remodel. Highly recommended.

Dumpster did arrive Edit Sunday 4/21/24: called Monday and Tuesday, spoke with someone but couldnt get much more than "I'll check on it" and then Wednesday 6am we hear it being dropped off. Im happy we finally got the dumpster, but the lack of communication sure made it a rough experience and made scheduling any help with the project we needed the dumpster for impossible and without knowing if we still had a week from drop off, we busted our butts after work each day JUST in case they picked it up Friday as per original scheduling because again, no communication. Scheduled a dumpster March 26th to be delivered friday April 12th. Called 4:45p on the 12th to ask about latest delivery. They couldn't say as the driver should contact us themselves but never did. It's now 3p Saturday the 13th and there's no way to contact anyone about anything because Discount Dumpster is closed weekends. Really makes these scheduled projects hard to complete and now likely won't have any info or resolution until Monday at the earliest. Will update review with conclusion.
