Delivered and picked up the unit At Ormand Beach Fl Delivered and picked up the unit exactly as scheduled. Unit was clean and painted. Pickup unit had excellent cover system to pull over the top of the dumpster so that nothing would spill out. Driver was polite and friendly. Overall a very positive experience

Similar to another review - great...until they weren't. Similar to another review, had a vastly different experience recently from a previous experience... 2 yrs ago it was great - this time I tried to cancel a delivery the same day I ordered due to an unforeseen issue and ended up getting charged a $210 fee. The sales person stated "I go home at 3pm so I didnt see or hear your phone call, text and email" that was sent between 3:30pm and 4pm the day before the delivery was originally scheduled. (same day I placed the order...) this was the contact information and email I was directed to use with the contract and calls. Their contract even states that their business hours are 7am to 5pm, but they refused to remove the fee. On top of that, the sales person texted me the following morning at 6am stated he had are received the messages and would make sure the delivery was cancelled. At 9am the delivery shows up with the dumpster which was supposed to be cancelled so we told them to take it back since we had cancelled. The driver admitted that they had "communication issues" and did not get a message. Long story short, I had documentation of all the above and they still refused to remove the fee. Not a client friendly business! beware!

Excellent! Could NOT have been a better experience. Everything went off exactly as was discussed. You all were communicative through the process. I am extremely pleased with the service, process and entire transaction. Thanks and we look forward to using your services for our event next year.

Easy and simple Flat fee, no unexpected costs, no hassles. I scheduled the dumpster, it showed up where I specified, and it was gone when expected. Ended up using Discount Dumpster a 2nd time and had the same great experience.

Wonderful service, very prompt! Every person I worked with during the process was wonderful. We originally ordered one dumpster and had to call back to order two more. Service was prompt and very well communicated if there were any changes. They made every effort to ensure we could get the dumpsters as quickly as possible.
