Wonderful service, very prompt! Every person I worked with during the process was wonderful. We originally ordered one dumpster and had to call back to order two more. Service was prompt and very well communicated if there were any changes. They made every effort to ensure we could get the dumpsters as quickly as possible. Most of my dealings with Discount… Most of my dealings with Discount Dumpster were very good. Only have one issue... when I asked for a call back I could only get text messages. I know that I actual phone call would have allowed us to have better communication.

Delivered and picked up the unit At Ormand Beach Fl Delivered and picked up the unit exactly as scheduled. Unit was clean and painted. Pickup unit had excellent cover system to pull over the top of the dumpster so that nothing would spill out. Driver was polite and friendly. Overall a very positive experience

Need to improve communication We recently got our second dumpster rental with Discount Dumpster, expecting great service like the first time... we experienced the complete opposite. They had terrible communication, delivered the dumpster a day early and to the wrong house. When we reached out to them regarding all these issues we had two people state they would be talking with management and we would hear back... we never heard back. Long story short we will not be using discount dumpster again since there are dozens of other options in the Denver area.

A GOOD EXPERIENCE The people who dropped it off and picked it up were friendly and knowledgeable. The dumpster was as described and very adequate for the task. The company policies are stated clearly and the expectations are spelled out. The entire process was simple and stress-free.
