Easy and simple Flat fee, no unexpected costs, no hassles. I scheduled the dumpster, it showed up where I specified, and it was gone when expected. Ended up using Discount Dumpster a 2nd time and had the same great experience.

Great service at a fair price Your customer service agent (Ross) was polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help with the needs of my particular situation. Drop off was prompt and the driver was skilled and respectful of the property. Pickup was also prompt and within the promised appointment time (as was the delivery). I can see why my neighbor recommended you when asked about his rental from you folks earlier. All in all, a pleasant. professional experience. I would gladly recommend you to others. Thanks!!!

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Delivered and pick up on time. Driver set the dumpster exactly where it was needed. Great service. Less expensive then the WM. Neighbors have used them at least 3 times for a remodel. Highly recommended.

Similar to another review - great...until they weren't. Similar to another review, had a vastly different experience recently from a previous experience... 2 yrs ago it was great - this time I tried to cancel a delivery the same day I ordered due to an unforeseen issue and ended up getting charged a $210 fee. The sales person stated "I go home at 3pm so I didnt see or hear your phone call, text and email" that was sent between 3:30pm and 4pm the day before the delivery was originally scheduled. (same day I placed the order...) this was the contact information and email I was directed to use with the contract and calls. Their contract even states that their business hours are 7am to 5pm, but they refused to remove the fee. On top of that, the sales person texted me the following morning at 6am stated he had are received the messages and would make sure the delivery was cancelled. At 9am the delivery shows up with the dumpster which was supposed to be cancelled so we told them to take it back since we had cancelled. The driver admitted that they had "communication issues" and did not get a message. Long story short, I had documentation of all the above and they still refused to remove the fee. Not a client friendly business! beware!

A perfect dumpster experience! The dumpster was delivered on time, placed in the agreed spot and removed as agreed. The dumpster was in good condition and therefore, not an eyesore to our new neighbors. The 10 rental is more that most offer and it is exactly what one needs! There were no surprise overage charges so all in all, a perfect experience.
