GBNeed to improve communication We recently got our second dumpster rental with Discount Dumpster, expecting great service like the first time... we experienced the complete opposite. They had terrible communication, delivered the dumpster a day early and to the wrong house. When we reached out to them regarding all these issues we had two people state they would be talking with management and we would hear back... we never heard back. Long story short we will not be using discount dumpster again since there are dozens of other options in the Denver area.

GBHad a restricted work area in anโฆ Had a restricted work area in an alleyway to navigate and set a dumpster in. Was not sure how to proceed with project. Actually did not think possible. I am so thankful that I was put in touch with Ross. He was very helpful with options. The delivery driver was also very professional and competent with placing the dumpster where needed. GBOverall Overall, great service, both times; however, the last time, the driver didn't come to the door or make any effort to communicate with my son when there was a confusion about the availability of a spot to leave the dumpster. This delayed the delivery. Just getting out of the truck and communicating would have handled that. Besides that, great, speedy service!

GBSimilar to another review - great...until they weren't. Similar to another review, had a vastly different experience recently from a previous experience... 2 yrs ago it was great - this time I tried to cancel a delivery the same day I ordered due to an unforeseen issue and ended up getting charged a $210 fee. The sales person stated "I go home at 3pm so I didnt see or hear your phone call, text and email" that was sent between 3:30pm and 4pm the day before the delivery was originally scheduled. (same day I placed the order...) this was the contact information and email I was directed to use with the contract and calls. Their contract even states that their business hours are 7am to 5pm, but they refused to remove the fee. On top of that, the sales person texted me the following morning at 6am stated he had are received the messages and would make sure the delivery was cancelled. At 9am the delivery shows up with the dumpster which was supposed to be cancelled so we told them to take it back since we had cancelled. The driver admitted that they had "communication issues" and did not get a message. Long story short, I had documentation of all the above and they still refused to remove the fee. Not a client friendly business! beware!
