Jason was professional, thorough, and efficient in all of our interactions. He was true to his word with the dumpster showing up on the day promised and in good, clean condition. The driver who dropped off and picked up the dumpster was also friendly and customer-service oriented. The final charges were as promised. Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Discount Dumpster to others. Thank you!

GBNeed to improve communication We recently got our second dumpster rental with Discount Dumpster, expecting great service like the first time... we experienced the complete opposite. They had terrible communication, delivered the dumpster a day early and to the wrong house. When we reached out to them regarding all these issues we had two people state they would be talking with management and we would hear back... we never heard back. Long story short we will not be using discount dumpster again since there are dozens of other options in the Denver area.

GBA perfect dumpster experience! The dumpster was delivered on time, placed in the agreed spot and removed as agreed. The dumpster was in good condition and therefore, not an eyesore to our new neighbors. The 10 rental is more that most offer and it is exactly what one needs! There were no surprise overage charges so all in all, a perfect experience.

GBFound the Discount Dumpster LLC online Found the Discount Dumpster LLC online. They replied with an online quote request April 10. A rep by the name of “Tanner” texted me a reply and quote based on my specifications ($485.00 for 14 days). 10 / 12-yard dumpster to be put on side drive and not in street to be delivered on April 22. April 15 terms were agreed upon and payment was issued on Visa card. On April 16 Tanner texted that they could not put it in the side drive. I assured him I have had dumpsters in there before and sent him a pic of the drive with my car in it. On April 17 I was called that the dumpster was at my home. I informed both the driver and Tanner it was too early. Delivery date was to be April 22. Apologies were received and the use of the side drive was reinforced. April 22 the dumpster was on site, but the driver once again insisted it had to go into the street. Back and forth between the drivers dispatch and Tanner were texed and phone calls were made. The driver’s company, Ravenswood Disposal Inc. canceled the order and the dumpster left. I informed Tanner I wanted a refund to my Visa card, and I was going elsewhere. I was informed originally it was being taken care of. Then I was informed a refund was being issued. On April23 a refund of $200.00 was issued to my Visa card. Contacted Chase and they are helping me to recover the remaining $285.00. Text thread and receipts attached. After contacting Chase / Visa of my problem; Chase informed me that the $200 was NOT a refund but another withdraw. Texted Tanner as to why the extra charge, I was informed that it was another fee for a "Dry Run". (???) I did not cancel the order, Ravenswood Disposal did. I did not authorize the additional withdrawal from my Visa Card. I have screened shot the text thread for proof of my claim. Do NOT use Discount Dumpster LLC. They make promises, fail to keep them and charge you for the privilege. If I could issue a zero-star review, I would.

GBDumpster did arrive Edit Sunday 4/21/24: called Monday and Tuesday, spoke with someone but couldnt get much more than "I'll check on it" and then Wednesday 6am we hear it being dropped off. Im happy we finally got the dumpster, but the lack of communication sure made it a rough experience and made scheduling any help with the project we needed the dumpster for impossible and without knowing if we still had a week from drop off, we busted our butts after work each day JUST in case they picked it up Friday as per original scheduling because again, no communication. Scheduled a dumpster March 26th to be delivered friday April 12th. Called 4:45p on the 12th to ask about latest delivery. They couldn't say as the driver should contact us themselves but never did. It's now 3p Saturday the 13th and there's no way to contact anyone about anything because Discount Dumpster is closed weekends. Really makes these scheduled projects hard to complete and now likely won't have any info or resolution until Monday at the earliest. Will update review with conclusion.
