Need to improve communication We recently got our second dumpster rental with Discount Dumpster, expecting great service like the first time... we experienced the complete opposite. They had terrible communication, delivered the dumpster a day early and to the wrong house. When we reached out to them regarding all these issues we had two people state they would be talking with management and we would hear back... we never heard back. Long story short we will not be using discount dumpster again since there are dozens of other options in the Denver area.

Drop off was prompt and the driver was skilled and respectful of the property. Pickup was also prompt and within the promised appointment time (as was the delivery). The delivery driver for DD was very professional The delivery driver for DD called me before dropping off the dumpster and was very professional. After we filled the container up, DD came and picked it up with no issues, even though we were not at home at the time.
