Dumpster Rental Enterprise was delightful to work with, they answered all our questions, and were very efficient with delivery, pick-up and swaps. Great service Great service. Ordered dumpster late in the workday and it was delivered first thing next morning. Great communication with Ian and Jerrome for delivery and pickup.

Satisfied with the outcome. We used this company two times. The first time we had no trouble, they did a great job of dropping off the dumpster rental and picking it up. Then we were moving homes and decided to rent from them again. We kept the dumpster for two weeks. We knew the rules about what to put in and not to put in the dumpster. Well, they picked up the dumpster and claimed we put in two mattresses that they charged 95.00 a piece for. We immediately asked for pictures of said mattresses. No pictures could be provided. Don't you think if you are going accuse a customer of wrong-doing, you would take pictures? I am altering this review as finally the customer service worked with us to come to an agreement. We asked that they change their policy and have all their drivers take a picture of "not allowed" items before taking the stuff to the dump. They said they would consider that recommendation. We are now feeling better about the outcome of this ordeal
