The new base was assembled to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to deal with Jacob Graham Who was very polite and responsive to our dilemma and ready to correct the problem.

I was looking for a quality table for…my deck located in an upscale gated townhome community. I was looking for a quality table for an outside deck that would not take up too much space. Finally discovered Tablebases online after looking forever and it has been a great experience. The customer service was awesome! Super helpful and friendly. The "stone" table top is actually quite heavy, very substantial. The black all-weather legs are also of excellent quality & weight. You do have to get a bit involved with an added DIY to add a sub tabletop support for the legs to screw into. I'm a 63 year-old woman...I bought the treated plywood, had Home Depot cut-to-size, primed, painted & epoxied...so you can too! The tables (I bought a 4-person rectangular & a 24" round)look amazing, high quality, definitely NOT cheapy-looking and no one has this style table so that is an added bonus!

Waiting to see it installed So far, I had a great experience with Tablebases.com. Information search and checking out process was easy to navigate. The product was shipped quickly. I have not even seen it yet because it was delivered to a countertop fabrication shop where it will be used to make a quartz-top table. Cannot wait to see and keeping my fingers crossed that it tuns out to be a good quality product.

Great Customer service The product really exceeded expectation . Whoever packed the product for shipping needs some guidance . You can't throw a heavy cast iron part in a cardboard box with little or no corner packing and hope it'll get there intact Customer service ,namely Michael , was very good about replacing a missing part promptly . I recommend this product and company .

I wanted a stainless steel pedestal… I wanted a stainless steel pedestal table base and found several similar candidates online.
