This was my first time using this… This was my first time using this vendor. Wide selection to choose from. Website has good information about the products. Checkout was easy. The products I order came quickly and arrived undamaged. I would recommend Tablebases to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again for any future purchases.

Missing PARTS SLOW RESPONSES I ordered two table bases. 1 of the mounting brackets were missing from delivery. Warehouse issue. Contacted customer service, because I can’t install without it. Multiple times I have been told waiting on shipping information or waiting on warehouse confirmation. Only to still never have received it. You would think they would be super urgent about an order that was put in weeks ago.

This was a smooth transaction This was a smooth transaction. The wrought iron table base exceeded my expectations. Thanks to UPS, the shipper, the table came scratched. The packing was done at the factory in such a way that King Kong could not damage it but of course UPS worked hard to do just that. That being said, after assembly I touched up the scratches, put the granite top in place and everything looks fine. My only comment is that there should be brief assembly suggestions as I could see how the not so handy home owners vs business owners might have some issues. Right off the bat, make sure you have two people during assembly!

I wanted a stainless steel pedestal… I wanted a stainless steel pedestal table base and found several similar candidates online. I checked out the reviews of three different suppliers, and Tablebases.com got by far the best reviews. So I ordered from them. I got exactly the type of base I was looking for, it is very good quality, it was delivered in just a few days, and the company couldn't have nicer to deal with. Perfect!

I called before making purchase to… I called before making purchase to confirm 2 day shipping. I then immediately made the purchase including 2 day. After the order was placed 3 days went by before receiving the shipping information. 2 day was not applied to my order on the sellers end. After calling again I was told they remember the conversation and would submit for the return. I then received a email stating the Seller would not correct the problem and wants to charge me for the shipping and the return rerouting package back to them. Nothing was mentioned on the phone about additional cost. Bad communication, Poor Customer Service, No concern for customers satisfaction.
