GBI wanted a stainless steel pedestal… I wanted a stainless steel pedestal table base and found several similar candidates online. I checked out the reviews of three different suppliers, and Tablebases.com got by far the best reviews. So I ordered from them. I got exactly the type of base I was looking for, it is very good quality, it was delivered in just a few days, and the company couldn't have nicer to deal with. Perfect!

GBI was looking for a quality table for…my deck located in an upscale gated townhome community. I was looking for a quality table for an outside deck that would not take up too much space. Finally discovered Tablebases online after looking forever and it has been a great experience. The customer service was awesome! Super helpful and friendly. The "stone" table top is actually quite heavy, very substantial. The black all-weather legs are also of excellent quality & weight. You do have to get a bit involved with an added DIY to add a sub tabletop support for the legs to screw into. I'm a 63 year-old woman...I bought the treated plywood, had Home Depot cut-to-size, primed, painted & epoxied...so you can too! The tables (I bought a 4-person rectangular & a 24" round)look amazing, high quality, definitely NOT cheapy-looking and no one has this style table so that is an added bonus!

GBI called before making purchase to… I called before making purchase to confirm 2 day shipping. I then immediately made the purchase including 2 day. After the order was placed 3 days went by before receiving the shipping information. 2 day was not applied to my order on the sellers end. After calling again I was told they remember the conversation and would submit for the return. I then received a email stating the Seller would not correct the problem and wants to charge me for the shipping and the return rerouting package back to them. Nothing was mentioned on the phone about additional cost. Bad communication, Poor Customer Service, No concern for customers satisfaction.
