GBMacdonaldâs are absolutely useless at⌠Macdonaldâs are absolutely useless at getting orders correct. Food most of the time lukewarm or cold. They never ever say sorry for wasting your time. The say âno worriesâ instead. Iâm certain that they are trained to say this because they all do it. It isnt no worriesâ at all. If Iâm held up for work while you correct My order or like today, get home and have to ring up because My order isnât right, then hearing âno worriesâ is an insult. How about âsorryâ it isnât difficult to say! I wouldnât recommend, the incompetence of the staff on a whole is unbelievable. Iâm sure there will leave a Lovely patronising reply to look like they care, they donât. Iâve had to make complaints before they sarcastic and Unhelpful.

GBWouldnât even award one star Wouldnât even award one star , food ordered , wrong order came , canât blame Uber itâs what he was given although he was trying to tell me the meal was correct , finally got the correct meal and it was stone cold !! The store would not answer the phone , there was an expresso shot missing and thatâs the third time that exact item had been missed in our order , previously we were refunded but this time we were told we had requested a refund too many times on that item âŚ.. well hereâs an idea McDonaldâs DONT KEEP LEAVING IT IT OUT !!!! I will add this refers to the constantly failing Mac Donaldâs in Caerphilly South Wales đ´ó §ó ˘ó ˇó Źó łó ż I have had good service from others

GBHorrible food even my 8 year old⌠Horrible food even my 8 year old refused McDonald's when her nan was going to treat her. Cold food even thou we was queuing up and it was " freshly made". The burgers we're that salty my daughter felt sick.

GBCLOSE MACCY'D' FOR RUBBISH SERVICE What a waste of 25 minutes waiting for 2 coffees at the Stretton, Burton upon trent, site. How long does it take to prepare 2 coffees? They can't use the old 'I'm sorry sir we're understaffed line, if my company ran like this it would be out of business. Staff are rude. It's the Managers fault that this site is going downhill with customers complaining. Maccy 'D' head office should be contacted, word of advice for future customers, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, GREGGS OR KFC!!!
