Great customer service! First of all the knit thermal hats I ordered for the homeless were absolutely great. They were not cheap at all but a really good quality. But most of all, my shipment got lost or missed delivered and didn’t get delivered on the scheduled delivery date. So I almost panicked. But the sales representative was so kind and put a rush on another shipment directly to me. I got that shipment so fast that it arrived just as the other shipment was finally delivered. Great customer service.
