Great customer service! First of all the knit thermal hats I ordered for the homeless were absolutely great. They were not cheap at all but a really good quality. But most of all, my shipment got lost or missed delivered and didn’t get delivered on the scheduled delivery date. So I almost panicked. But the sales representative was so kind and put a rush on another shipment directly to me. I got that shipment so fast that it arrived just as the other shipment was finally delivered. Great customer service.

Mens Monogram Hankies I ordered the 24 pack Mens Alphabet Handkerchiefs. I was so pleased. The 24 pack description had certain "letters" predetermined. But to my surprise, when they arrived, some of the letters that came in multiples of twos were actually swapped out for other letters that were not listed at all. So I received the letter n, the letter o, and the letter p- - which was not on the list. Also the packaging is classy.
