Successful outcome At first I was having difficulties with exchanging my items. However everything was resolved. 1 they communicated well with email . But then they went an extra Mile and someone by the name of Viktor called to ensure I understood what was going on with the existing exchange. That melt my heart even the stores where I have spent over 2000 on one item had never went the extra mile. I love their item I will continue to shop here and refer friends and family. Thank you

Gucci 255697 Hi. I must begin by saying that I was very well attended by Victor, that the scholarship arrived on the correct term. It was personal, the store LuxLair was very correct with me, it is reliable, but I was very disappointed with the bag material. Nothing with the store. I think I would buy again, but I would ask for photos of the product before making the purchase. I am disappointed with the product. I made a purchase with them from this gucci boston bag, and my friend who brought it to me from the US (I live in Brazil) handed me the bag today. I confess that I am a little disappointed and I even doubt the authenticity of the bag. the material looks plastic, it is not leather. I wanted to know if I can return the bag here in Brazil, because I was really disappointed with it. it came with a piece of cloth inside the leather (I did not understand what). Anyway, I would like more information from you about the model of this bag and how i can return :(
