I wanted to know if I can return the bag here in Brazil, because I was really disappointed with it. it came with a piece of cloth inside the leather (I did not understand what). I never received this product There was some confusion about what was ordered, but as soon as they found out they immediately shipped the right one with a return label for the wrong one. It was so easy and I love my new crossbody
