Nice & authentic product, and free expedited shipping! Website user-friendly. Lots of details provided about the product. Great value (though not the cheapest online) compared to other places online. I like the guarantee of authenticity, which cannot be said of all places online. Order was easy to place. Several payment options were provided, included through my Amazon Prime account, which I used. Shipping was fast and free ("free expedited shipping"). I believe it said 3-5 days. I ordered it on a Sunday and received it the following Wednesday! It came in a box. Item was well-packaged and free of damage. I opened the package to inspect the item. It looked new and as it should as far as I could tell. The item is a Christmas gift, so not for me, but I think it's beautiful and I'm sure the recipient will love it!

I never received this product There was some confusion about what was ordered, but as soon as they found out they immediately shipped the right one with a return label for the wrong one. It was so easy and I love my new crossbody

I made a purchase with them from this gucci boston bag, and my friend who brought it to me from the US (I live in Brazil) handed me the bag today. I confess that I am a little disappointed and I even doubt the authenticity of the bag. the material looks plastic, it is not leather. I wanted to know if I can return the bag here in Brazil, because I was really disappointed with it. it came with a piece of cloth inside the leather (I did not understand what). Anyway, I would like more information from you about the model of this bag and how i can return :(
