Jonah in the ski department was extremely knowledgeable! Jonah was very knowledgeable about ski and snowboard gear and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was great at recommending and sizing my first set of ski boots to fit my feet perfectly; I can confirm he did a great job after my feet and ankles not hurting after my ski trip like they usually would with rentals. Mt. Air great shop I always enjoy shopping at Mt. Air. Most of the time the costumer service is great. There are times lately the sales associates are visiting with each other and not giving attention to the customer. I believe the sales associates know there stuff and if not ask a fellow worker.

TMA and Switchback need a higher scale TMA and Switchback need a higher scale. Maybe 10 stars?! Local. Friendly. Knowledgeable. The Mountain Hare. Oh I forgot family-owned with three adorable special helpers. It’s a pleasure to shop there. And they have some many long-term employees and TMA alum stopping by when in town, it must be a great place to work.

Pleasantly helpful I was going on a backpacking trip with my son, I wanted a map of the region as a backup although the trail is well maintained. I was helped by wonderful staff at The Moutain Air who not only helped me find the right map for the area I was going but gave me additional information throughout our conversation on other wonderful camps, trails and springs. The additional information was so incredibly helpful, my son and I are planning our next trip. The trip we were planning for, we are back from and it was Amazing. Thanks to The Moutain Air and their products and knowledgeable staff we'll be returning. I'm keeping my money local and supporting local brick and mortar small community shops. My son and I will be back to gear up for many more trips to come, thanks again The Moutain Air for all the advice, direction and helpful tricks and tips along the way.
