Although it did not result in a sale at that time, the A+ customer service I received led me to come back to purchase the same pair of frames I initially called about. I talked to another person today whom was helpful too when I was checking out.

GBBest site design to choose and select frame. Carry great lenses too! Have great selections of both frames and lenses. Better yet, the interfaces (layout, informational) to select frames is the best among all other websites. Price might not be most competitive but hopefully final services, product is as good as first impression. Thank you.
