Lens Coatings are considered Prescription Website states that prescription glasses must be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. There is no policy stated for non-prescription cancellations; however, the customer service rep, who loudly talked over me, stated that it is clearly stated on the website that applying coating to lens is the equivalent of a rx order and cannot be canceled. So, unless you buy frames with clear plastic lenses with no rx and no coating (which have no purpose), in truth, NONE of the glasses can be canceled after 3 hours.

Best site design to choose and select frame. Carry great lenses too! Have great selections of both frames and lenses. Better yet, the interfaces (layout, informational) to select frames is the best among all other websites. Price might not be most competitive but hopefully final services, product is as good as first impression. Thank you.
