I called them and they were so very helpful and I feel confident that I ordered the right frame and the right lenses, at this point I would recommend them.

Although it did not result in a sale at that time, the A+ customer service I received led me to come back to purchase the same pair of frames I initially called about. But without using insurance, I paid less than the same pair of glasses that I love, style etc same than at my eye doctor 2years who work insurance.
