Unhelpful company The bag looks good. You are unable to carry it as a rucksack as it only comes with 1 strap. I have contacted the company to ask about obtaining 2nd strap, which with a bad that cost you £100 does not seem unreasonable. They came back with the most unhelpful answerof simple: "NO, you need to buy another bag!!" However, wneh my boyfriend contacted them they sold hom a strap. But not without arguing. It is dissapointing that one must go and argue to obtain something, while if you are just a regular customer, all you hear is an unhelpful NO.

A personal trainers view - Please can you create a space in… Please can you create a space in between the bottom compartment zip and the top compartment. I'm a PT and the bottom zip is a little difficult to use. Also surprised that the top compartment has a divider but not sealed so the top stuff and drop into the bottom compartment. Otherwise a tough bag with lots of useful pockets, stands up and is waterproof which is really good !

Quality product, brilliant customer service I ordered three bags and found one was missing a strap and sport tiles. My heart sank as customer service is a dying art and thought I’d struggle to get the missing items. I was contacted by Dawn very quickly after leaving a message. She was incredibly helpful and seemed genuinely upset that the order wasn’t complete. She offered to send me the missing items immediately. I was subsequently contacted by Charlie from the warehouse who was similarly upset with the missing items and keen to make sure I received what I needed. Customer service like this is incredibly rare and very much appreciated. The quality of the bags and the brilliance of the customer service mean I am absolutely certain to order again and with complete confidence that I will receive top quality product from a company that cares about their customers. Thank you Dawn and Charlie, keep up the brilliant work.

I received this as a new member… I received this as a new member incentive for British Cycling, and I am very happy with it. Some have mentioned that it could do with being fluorescent/reflective, but this really only relevant if you are using it for cycling. I like that it's black. It's waterproof, roomy, and comfortable. Delivery was problem free as well :)
