After ordering the wrong color I reach… After ordering the wrong color I reach out to customer service in hopes of updating it to the correct color. This ended in the staff telling me NO and to just return the chain when I received it. I order the chain not even 4 hours ago, how simple is a change or color for the same chain.

Absolutely dissatisfied on all measures… Absolutely dissatisfied on all measures with this experience I am going through right now with this company. I ordered a week ago and no shipping confirmation has been sent, I paid for expedited shipping (not held), communication with customer support very unhelpful and only a $25 gift card was offered and would not let me get my full refund and still hasn’t shipped out my order. Ordered from here many of times and the ball has been dropped on every end on this order. Not a good business look and now I’ll stop sending people here to shop. Hailey with support very pointless to have on support. Hate leaving bad reviews but this one deserves it. Sorry for the honesty.
