I ordered the wrong strap… doh! I ordered the wrong strap for my 2020 Sky Dweller initially; I was frustrated at my mistake but Rubber B’s customer service was responsive and provided me two options to resolve the issue. Within a few days I had the correct strap installed and it looks and feels amazing. OEM like look and feel. My return credit was issued a few days after.
