Very bad experience I purchased straps for two Rolex watches. Shipment should have arrived before I was going abroad on a vacation in the sun where I was looking forward to using the product. Of course UPS has delayed the shipment so I'll have the original links for the entire trip instead and have to be way more careful not to get dings when doing water sports. Doesn't feel fun at all and I can't really recommend this company that promises deliveries they don't intend to uphold. I don't really care that you take legal discrepancies for it in your user agreements, this is about being honest. Now this strap will sit unopened until summer and it feels a bit like I've just been throwing money in the fire. Thanks for a horrible experience Rubber B, I'll make sure to recommend anyone looking to buy a rubberband not to purchase it from you. Thanks for nothing.

Charge an extortionate return fee of… Charge an extortionate return fee of $20 to recover “bank charges etc” which was be 10x the actual cost plus a hidden additional postage fee of $30. So instead of the $20 fee the website says I was charged $50. Absolute theft! THEIR REPLY REPEATEDLY SAYS A $20 FEE YET I WAS CHARGED $50. I have repeatedly asked for a refund of the additional $30 they charged me but they refuse.

A nightmare This strap is too expensive, and it is a nightmare to install and uncomfortable. I threw money into the trash by buying it.
