I've been waiting to write a review so… I've been waiting to write a review so I can tell everyone how incredible lower park is by far the best hat I own hand's down so I discovered them on Christmas and ordered a hat immediately and it only took 6 day's for me to receive the hat...that's super fast....I'm most definitely ordering more!!

hat wasn't even in stock and no refund given I ordered a hat in the black friday sale as a Christmas present. I didn't receive any dispatching information so sent an email. they responded saying that my hat wasn't actually in stock and they had made a mistake and asked if I would like a refund or a new hat (which would take 2 weeks. I kindly asked for a refund due to the postal strikes in the UK I did not want to risk it getting lost and it definitely wouldn't have arrived in time. since then I have received no refund and all my emails are being ignored. I think that this is awful due to it being a fault from no one else but themselves.

Exceptional Products & Service I have purchased a number of hats from Lower Park. Each one is made with a high level of craftsmanship and the textiles used are also beautifully made. The customer experience is great as well. I had one order that I ended up messaging customer support, which was quickly responded to and resolved by Andrew, the owner. Overall, great products, great customer support, and fast shipping. I couldn’t be happier buying from Lower Park.
