USBeautiful and fragile so far I bought the laptop bag and it’s beautiful, but it broke on the first trip. Laflore was responsive and shipped a new one quickly. I am still worried it might happen again since there was no reason for the strap to break.

USPerfect bag I've gotten more compliments on my bobobark bag than on just about anything I've ever owned! It's a perfect bag for me: large enough to carry my Surface tablet plus a book or notebook or two, but not bulky and plenty of pockets, including the crucial side-access pocket for keys and phone.
