Second order was incomplete and then argued about it with me for days. Poorly managed company. Poor communication. Not even a phone number. Just crap.

It's very frustrating that you have no customer service phone number. I have an embroidery business and would have liked to open a B2B wholesale account with your company to carry your hats but since you suck at communications doesn't look like that's going to happen.
